Hershey

A cross between a Lab and a Pitbull - a notorious watch dog in her day - but you'd never know it by her good nature, gentleness and loving loyalty in her old age. Hershey is shown ABOVE in the fur coat I made for her 2 years ago, when she moved to Ontario from beautiful balmy British Columbia. This complimented the rest of her wardrobe, her rain coat... she HATED the rain! She was freezing every time she went outside in this beautiful Sudbury winter climate... so thus the coat idea. She travelled often with her daddy to Toronto and many people there wanted a coat with the cowl collar and velcro tummy closer..... but too bad I only create for the people near and dear to me. Therefore the one-of-a-kind puppy fur coat to wear on her beloved walks.

	She loved to curl up on anybody's blanket (if it was on the floor it was hers).

	And she loved to play ball and steal the ball. (You could never get it from her, you couldn't catch her... at least I couldn't...<big grin>)

Unfortunately Hershey took ill December 29, 2002, from which she would not recover.

She left us on New Year's day - 15 years old and such a sweet heart. We miss you puppy... this little memorial is for you my little shadow.....you are dearly missed by the entire family.
