"Rocks" For Charity Workshop Summary - April 2002 |

| The
all-weekend 2002 Linedance Workshop in the beautiful City
of Greater Sudbury, Ontario was a great success for it's
first year. We now know that this will be an
annual event and continue to grow over the years
while we raise money for The Canadian Cancer Society. I'd
like to thank everyone who participated in our workshop
which was held April 18-20, 2002, and to all the
big-hearted linedancers who participated and the super
generous instructors and dj who made this event a huge
success. With everyone's help we raised $2, 416.00 for The Canadian Cancer Society. |

| Our lovely Penny Sale table, thanks to all my ladies who went out there and scrounged for gifts. I can't thank you enough! And thanks to Joanne for procuring a hand-carved bird for our #1 Raffle prize. Thanks Colette for the beautiful hand-painted mason jars and hall decorations. Thanks to Cora for all the gifts she rounded up! Great job done my Valley girls!!! | The one and only Valarie Keller from Niagara Falls!!!! Thanks Val for a great job done. Bless you and Lynn for all your hard work on the instructors' skit. Thanks Betty for all your help with the penny sale table and thanks Rose too. |
